Question gone off everything apart from snacks..

My son who is 13 months, seems to be slowly going off all food, he is teething i know but used to effect him for a couple of days but he hasn't eaten properly for day and days now... he eats a good breakfast- 1 and half weetabix and half a banana whic he has always done, then lunch nothing apart from fromage frais and maybe a mouth full of what ever i have made or got him... he went though a stage of just wanting sandwiches but he doesn't want that either.. really stuck for ideas. any favourite healthy snacks or easy finger food type meals for him?

sticks of cheese, fruit slices, toast fingers, pasta shells, dips, crackers, mini sausages/sausage rolls. cherry toms (cut), grapes (cut), olives (cut), bread sticks, bits of cold meat, raw veg (carrots/peppers/cucumber), dried fruit, cereal bars, pots of yog, potato wedges.

hope this helps. good luck x

Hi my daughter done exactly the same thing about that age, she was too interested in everything around her to sit down and eat a proper meal and just wanted to snack and then be on the move! That list of snacks cathyg suggested is great and should keep you little'un feuled for the day till they grow out of it

Are you having lunch together as well? Sometimes eating habits change if you invite friends over etc so they can see other children eating as well.
