Imosmummy is infamous around these parts
Crying just wanna moan really

i know i've been here before but its back to imo not eating hardly anything. Its been weeks now that she can live off almost nothing, yesterday was cucumber and 1/2 bag of crisps.
We had her friend over yesterday, they are both being funny at the mo so we thought that if they were sat together that would encourage both of them but no
Even the other week we met up with her piggy of a friend who is so good at eating, sat nicely and eat tons, but imo just had about 4 fries and chewed a chicken nugget before spitting it out and that was it (didnt help she just wanted to go on the ride on car)
The annoying thing is she had a big bowl of chilli and rice for tea but about an hour later she banged her mouth and cried til she vomited all her dinner up i was at my wits end.
She pretty much eats hr tea but almost nothing during the day. I offer carb type snacks but she just nibbles. I have done the no snack thing but she still refuses breakfast and lunch.

(((((((Big Hugs)))))))

Ethan goes through phases where he eats virtually nothing too so I understand your frustration.

My only advice is to keep persevering!

Big hugs Beth. I know its hard not to worry but if there is nothing more you can do then you just have to let her get on with it. She is old enough now to know/tell you when she is hungry and I'm sure she will. Wish I had a small appetite.
These little people really know how to make life hard for us!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would just make sure you keep offering her healthy things and hopefully one day she will cave in Seriously though, i can't imagine how frustrating it must be for you but like someone else said maybe she doesn't need all that food in the day time. I remember some advice given on here was try to focus on what she's had over the whole week rather than the day. I'm sure you've tried everything already but how about doing faces on her food like in AK's book? I haven't tried this with Oliver yet as he's a good eater but i'm sure his time will come when he starts getting fussy! I wish someone would cook me food with nice faces on made out of veggies!! x
