can you freeze quick chicken with cous cous?

Hi all. I recently made batches of baby food and didn't check freezing instructions until 2 days later. All except one said was suitable for freezing. The quick chicken with cous cous frozen in separate bags have been in the freezer for 2 days now. It didn't state it was suitable for freezing.

Have any of you made this and did it freeze well? And how long does it keep? I don't want to waste food but also don't want to poison my baby. It's from the feeding your toddler and baby book.

Any help would be really appreciated. They were frozen in trays then separated into individual snaplock bags the next day.

Personally I avoid freezing couscous. It won't poison your baby or anything but it is much more susceptible to drying out and freezer burn than foods in sauces say so might not be as palatable once defrosted. You may find you need to add extra liquid to it once you defrost it. I wouldn't freeze it for as short a time as possible to avoid freezer burn.
