Default 9 month old, food intollerence

i have a 9 month old daughter who is dairy, soya, gluten and wheat intollerent any one have and recipie and snack ideas as i feel like im giving her the same old things. thanks

If she is dairy intolerant can she still have sheep and goats milk as I know these are often not classed as dairy. If so why not try making up a batch of pancakes use sheeps milk and rice flour instead of the normal milk and wheat flour. If she can't have sheeps milk then maybe see if you can make them up with whatever she currently drinks.

Obviously there is the whole range of fruit and veg to snack on, don't forget that steamed veg pieces are as good as fruit when it comes to snacks. If you can get gluten and wheat free bread then toast is always a good finger food. And you can use it to make breadcrumbs to use in any of the recipes that call for it.
