Is there any food that can effect reflux ?

My baby suffers with reflux since she was born! The sickeness has stopped I have her on Gaviscon Infant & the past 2months the sickness after bottles & food has stopped. She still has problems getting up her wind but I am just wondering is there any foods that would'nt agree with her because of the Reflux...?

Hi my eldest had reflux and I found strong tasting foods didn't agree with her but I think it is different for each baby. Its trial and error. My youngest has severe reflux and I am not looking forward to weaning her

Ye my little girl had really bad reflux from day one sometimes hours of crying as she was in so much pain from not being able to get her wind up i could be winding her 4 hours after each bottle! Still now its really hard to get her wind up now do you have this problem?? Im thinking of foing the Bolognese Sauce recepie from this site I hope she likes it & it will agree with her!
