Default Ideas for tea

My son is nearly 9months old, he is getting on really well with most foods. I'm just after some suggestions for what to give him for his tea. He has his big meal at lunchtime and at night I have been giving cheese/egg sandwiches/toast. Could anyone give anymore ideas
Thanks in advance

Toast pitta bread, and cut into fingers. Baby can then dip in humous, or you can stuff thwm with cheese, tomatos, cucumber, peppers etc. I fill them with cheese and marmite and my boy loves it.

Pancakes (they freeze really well so you can make a batch and defrost one as needed)

My LO has always been fond of potato bread (potato farls). It's basically creamy mash mixed with enough flour to make a dough, rolled out, then fried in a tiny bit of butter. Also freezes well.

Homemade fish-fingers

Banana and yoghurt (or other fruit with yoghurt)
