hiya i have seen some great recipes for 1-4 year olds but they contain peanut butter i have a 16 month old and want to try the recipes out but im worried due to the peanut butter can i use it or is there a good alternative any ideas or advice would be greatly appriciated, there are no nut allergys in either my family or my partners either.

I gave my daughter peanut butter (mixed with banana etc) from 17 weeks old because I believe that in the years to come, advice will be that early introduction of foods such as nuts, gluten, shellfish etc will reduce allergies (see Eat Study)
She's fine, not allergic to anything. |
