following on from other thread DrP how do you use the frozen veg stock? do you defrost before use? do you have to use a lot of the cbues for each receipe or do you "dissolve" one or two in required amount of water as you would with a bought stock cube?
sounds so easy to make - just need to know how you use them. sorry if stupid question. i have limited freezer space which has put me off freezing litres of the stuff iykwim. thanks |

thanks for this sorry haven't replied and kind of you to answer. we've all been poorly lately so all my plans to do some more batch cooking went out the window - coughing and sneezing whislt cooking not good idea. i bought a packet of cubes from boots but i think they still contain some salt. so definitely going to try this when get over cold.
