Default starting to refuse food

Hi,

Over the last week or so Conor has started to refuse the food I am giving him... its food and he has had loads of times before but now he has started spitting it out and wretching when he gets it in his mouth.. either that he just clamps it shut.
I haven't tried to force him with it as the woman at the weaning class said when they are hungry enough they will eat.. but he will happily eat the yoghurts and fruit I give him a while after his lunch or tea???

Even this morn he would only take a few spoons of breakfast but had to get toast when I made mine a little later on...

Any ideas what has happened for him to do this?
thanks xxx

I wouldnt worry, milk is the important bit. Food should be for learning and exploring, keep offering and he will eat again.

I think they all have phases of this, could be teeth, cold, illness, just not as hungry, dont stress and it will passx

Hi, my lo did this. Turned out she wanted to have the same thing as us at the same time as us. If hers was a different meal she threw it on the floor. She loved all of us sitting down together for all our meals xxx
