Default Lumpy food!!
Hi all,

My son is 9 months old and he has no teeth yet. I'm still blending his food to a puree but i know he should be eating more lumpy food but every time i give him it he chokes and throws up so i don't.

Any ideas please??

Welcome to AK.
Have you tried blending most of it & leaving just a few small soft lumps(like really soft potato) to introduce him slowly?
