Default Cherubs Couscous - can it be frozen?
I am wondering whether the cherubs couscous, which is in the Superfoods recipe book, can be frozen? I've just made a batch of it and have a horrible feeling that it can't!

Personally I wouldn't freeze couscous, it is too dry and has too much air in it so would be susceptible to drying out and freezer burn.
