how much red meat?

Hiya everyone, I was just wondering how much red meat should an 8 month old have a week and also can they have pork or is it too fatty?

They can have any meat. As to how much well that's up to you. Once I introduced meat dinner often contained meat or some sort or fish. Some days we didn't have it, others we did.

i think the key is to keep the diet varied, so not to give red meat 7 days a week etc. pork is ok but might be a bit tough/chewy for an 8 month old. have fun.
