Hi all,
I really struggle with inspiration on lunch meal plans. I'm trying to make lunch finger food mainly and tea is more spoon led with finger food to follow, but I struggle with variety. We have: * cream cheese sandwiches (with or without ham), * potato pizete * tortilla pizza and that's when I struggle. I don't want my son to have two main meals a day so trying to keep lunch fairly light but would appreciate your feedback. We do have fruit fingers, bread sticks and other things like that, but is that enough to fill his little tummy at lunch? I work full time so I do try not to spend my entire evening after he's gone to bed in the kitchen making him lunches but I also want him to have variety in his diet and not stuck with the same boring things ![]() |
