Hi there. Sounds like you little one has no interest in being spoon fed any more. I would go with finger food as much as possible and just let her get on with it herself. There is a whole range of finger foods you can offer her. Try giving her pieces of fruit, cut them into sticks and let her get on with it. Pieces of harder fruit like apples, and even pears can be steamed till softer. Same goes for vegetables. You could try pieces of pasta, pancakes, omlettes, cheese. You could try little pieces of meat chicken, fish or even steak would be good, or you could make up patties/fish cakes. If you have the New Complete Baby & Toddler Meal Planner there are some great recipes in there. If you don't have it then maybe try a browse through your local library.
You could also try just letting her have the spoon herself and see how she gets on with that if she wants to feed herself. You can always have a second spoon and sneak in spoonfuls of food while she is busy trying to do the same hersel.
Just remember that until she is 1 milk remains her most important source of nutrition and she is getting all she needs from that nutritionally. Don't stress too much about introducing protein or making sure she has a balanced diet each and every day. It will even out over time. At this stage she is learning about textures and flavours, how to eat, how to feed herself and her body is learning how to deal with all the new foods. If she want to feed herself let her. If she doesn't end up eating much as a result don't worry about it, she is learning and that is the important thing. The best thing is to relax and follow her lead.
