Default Recipes and ideas for a caravan holiday

Hi all, I'm new to this website and would just like some advice/ideas please.

Hubby and I are taking our LO on his first holiday on the 2nd September down to a family caravan in Paignton. The caravan is pretty small and only has the basics with a microwave sat outside in the awning.
I plan on starting to wean Lawrence this weekend so when we get down there I will be just about to start his 3rd week of weaning. I've got some purees in the freezer that I did this week - pear, apple, swede and carrot - but could just do with some ideas of what sort of things to feed him at the caravan and out and about that will be easy to do in the cramped conditions.
I plan on taking a hand blender so will at least have this on hand to puree any foods.
Thanks

My family has been going caravaning every year since I was born (and that's a very long time) and tbh there is really nothing you can't cook in a caravan (and I do mean a caravan and not a mobile home). We're just recently back from our third year with our LO and tbh I find it no more difficult than at home. With even a single ring it is easy to cook up batches of any veg or fruit you need to cook to puree. Just use the bare minimum of water when cooking these. Choose veg you might have yourself for your own meal so you can cook a small portion for him to puree and cook up the rest for yourselves seperately. If the caravan has a fridge then chances are there is also a small freezer with an ice cube tray or that will hold a few small storage boxes so you could have a couple of meals in storage there.
