Default Help with weaning

I have started weaning Olivia and she is having reactions to some foods. I am waiting to see an allergy specialist but still need to feed her. She also has bad silent reflux.

I am looking for foods that are easily digested. I was thinking

Avacardo
Butternut Squash
Sweet potato
Carrott

Any other suggestions??

Thanks
xxxx

Oooh other than what you've said I don't really know hon but wanted to say hope all goes well with the allergy testing and the rest of her weaning.

I'll pop back on if I think of anything,

Goodluck xx

Apples. I think in general they say that fruits are more easy to digest than veggies. Good luck. x
