Question finger food

Hiya, hv has told me to introduce more finger food to my 8 1/2 month dd, I just wondered what biscuits or things I could make for her (cant remember what I used to give my ds) was thinking gingerbread men or sweetcorn fritters but wasn't sure what age they are suitable from any ideas you guys have would be great

Any of the softer fruit like banana, kiwi, ripe pear and soon you should also be able to also get nice peaches and nectarines. Any steamed or cooked veg, or you can even steam things like apple to soften them. Toast is good as is pasta pieces. My son also liked things like pancakes (thicker ones), crumpets, potato farls (which is basically creamed potato mixed with enough flour to make a dough that is rolled out and fried off in the tiniest bit of butter). Cheese - grated or cut into little sticks.
