My Baby won't eat fruit?

hi everyone, im new on here, my baby loves to self feed, she loves sandwiches etc for her lunch she s 7 months old, i watch her like a hawk, lol, but i'd love to give her a piece of fruit to end her meal with, i've tried allsorts she even screws her face up at banana, really ripe ones, not ripe ones, etc, i know they say it can take up to 20 times for your baby to accept a new taste, but its getting hard, i don't want to have to be wasting food too, she won't any fruit!!!? help please? Anyone else in the same boat? Weirdly too she loves chicken and fish, she'd eat that til the cows came home!

She is still very young so I really wouldn't worry about it. She will take to it in her own time. If she doesn't like it now then just don't bother with it for a week or two and then try again. Will she eat veg ? They are every bit as good for you if not better than fruit. At 7 months milk is still her most important food and source of nutrients, everything else is just really getting her used to foods so just relax and let her get there at her own pace.
