Default Afternoon meal

So DS usually has porridge with fruit or banana for brekkie.
He then has a veg based meal for lunch.
I've just started introducing a third meal and am looking for ideas of what to give him.

something with meat or fish & starch (eg pasta or potato) & veg mixed. a casserole that you've made for yourselves could be blended for the lo.
