How to use the Micro Dish???

Received this from Amazon but it has no instructions with it. Just want to learn how to steam carrots, brocolli, etc. Anyone know how? How much water to put in? How long in microwave?

Sorry, I can't be of any help. I only ever use the microwave to warm stuff or defrost it when I forget to tae it out of the freezer in time. I usually steam all my veg over a pan of boiling water or in a steamer as I feel they loose alot less of their nutritional value that way.
