Default Tinned Salmon
Hi

My boy is 7 months old and would like to start giving him some fish recipes... is it ok to use tinned salmon?

Personally I wouldn't as it usually contains added salt and you really want to avoid this. Any particular reason you don't want to use fresh fish ?
