Default Please help me! 7 month old food!

Ok my little guy is now a week away from 7 months

he takes 4 7 oz bottles per day
cereal breakfast
rusk or liga at lunch with fruit
and a meat dinner in the evening

but he has now started waking at night this past few nights and taking an extra 7oz bottle

My little guy is hungry again!

I need help in figuring out a good days menu for him, how much should he be taking now at 7 months etc

I feel so lost right now like i've forgotten everything i have read! HELP!

I think i'm still on a weaning menu because we went very slow with it.

My friend has my annabell books and i wish i didn't give them to her

Maybe try something more filling at lunch e.g. soup
My LO is nearly 9 months too,
For breakfast: yogurt with porridge and milk
Lunch: Soup with Hipp biscotte!
Dinner: Salmon or Meat dinner.
4/5 bottles

Get your AK books plus there are loads of recipes on this website.

i would think he prob needs more food at his meal times. maybe a pudding after lunch & after tea. or increase the amounts at meal times.

At that age Freddie was having:

milk on waking (6.30am)
breakfast (8.30) - porridge or weetabix or fruit maybe more milk?
milk (10.30)
Lunch (12.30) savoury meal + pud
milk (2.30)
tea (4.30) savoury meal + pud
milk at bedtime (6.30pm)

think there are meal suggestions on this website so you won't need you AK book back, or you could ask for it back!

This happened with my daughter and was advise to half the milk but use the other half with a weetabix. Therefore, you give the mashed up warm weetabix first & then the milk. Worked for me! Best of luck

Apart from giving your baby breast/formula milk everyday you can try below mentioned food ideas.
• Iron fortified rice cereal mixed with breast milk, formula or cooled boiled water.
• Vegetables (pureed) such as potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot, broccoli, peas, zuchini.
• Stewed apples, peaches, pears, apricots (no extra sugar).
• Mashed soft avocado.
