salmon puree with sweetcorn

Abbie seems to like Salmon (made AK's salmon puree for her) so decided to try another one.

Poached a salmon fillet in the micro

Meanwhile fried a little onion in some butter with a diced carrot, added a couple of small potatoes diced and simmered in some veg stock until tender added a handful of frozen sweetcorn and the cooked salmon flaked (it was still hot so wasn't reheating it) and cooked for further 4 mins. Pureed to desired consistency.

We had another clean plate so I was happy.
