What is your baby eating already ?

At that age I had just started to wean my LO so he was mostly on purees. I would cook up batches of fruit and veg puree, freeze them in ice cube trays then defrost them as needed. I would mix and match fruit and veg for him. So he could end up having mixes like like sweetpotato carrot and parsnip; potato broccoli and a little cheese, red pepper cauliflower and potato, carrot and apricot. I tried to mix it up as much as possible.

Take a whole pepper, brush a tiny bit of olive oil on it and stick it in the oven for about half an hour. Then I'd take it out, peel off the skin (which should come off fairly easily then), take out the seeds and then blitz it up.

hi i need to ask please - for the cheese sauce as per AK's recipie, she mentioned milk as one of the ingridents for the sauce. what milk will that be? fresh milk or formula milk? as formula milk only has a lifespan of one hour and it expires...and will fresh milk from the carton be suitable? all answers greatly appreciated....my baby is 6months now.
