Default Porridge with apple, pear, and apricot

Hi All,

Welcome to this new forum, we are hoping to get lots of exciting recipe ideas posted on here!!!

I have had to do a bit of research in Annabel's books and I came across this delicious looking recipe for Porridge which I thought I would share with you!!!.

The picture just looks so delicious, and it just makes a porridge (which lets face it can look a bit boring) into something colourful and scrummy!!!

Porridge with apple, pear, and apriot

If your baby can not have dairy, then we would suggest you substitute with soya. Or what I have found works just as well (as I am lactose intolerant and when I have no soya milk in the fridge) I just make my porridge with water, and because of the fruit (I usually put slow cooked plums with a vanilla pod in my porridge) it sweetens and flavours the porridge so you do not really need the milk/soya.

Enjoy and I can not wait to see what other nice weaning recipes you all have to share.
