Yep, food contans alot of water and some nutritionist's say that that's why you don't necessarily need to drink 2 litres of fluid a day. And that's why diabetics need to have snacks along the way, to regulate their blood sugars. Sounds terrible Bubba, if you really can't face eating anything, but hope than you manage to and feel better soon. Lots of love xxx

You must eat hun and stop yourself becoming dehydrated. ketones can be potentially serious problem if long term problem .Are they going to check you again for them? If you cant face eating much have a bowl of porridge it regulates blood sugar levels and will help with getting rid of ketones. x

bleurgh i really can't stomach porridge since i've been preg just the thought of it turns my stomach yet normally i love it, maybe i'll try and force some down
