Yep, food contans alot of water and some nutritionist's say that that's why you don't necessarily need to drink 2 litres of fluid a day. And that's why diabetics need to have snacks along the way, to regulate their blood sugars. Sounds terrible Bubba, if you really can't face eating anything, but hope than you manage to and feel better soon. Lots of love xxx

LOL i won't ask what it was about then how's Jess doing now?

just read on the net that ketones (i have ketone+++ in my urine tests) is something to do with the body having to burn fat for energy instead of glucose which is where i'm not eating enough, LOL wouldn't be a prob the fat burning if i weren't preggers

wasn't a naughtie ha! ha! Jess is lots better although still has a cough, and I don't feel sick anymore just have a cold now.

When I felt rough last week fresh fruit seemed to be the only thing I could stomach, hubby bought me loads cut up from sainsburys I also drank loads of ice cold water, glad I've got my appetite back now though. xxx

You must eat hun and stop yourself becoming dehydrated. ketones can be potentially serious problem if long term problem .Are they going to check you again for them? If you cant face eating much have a bowl of porridge it regulates blood sugar levels and will help with getting rid of ketones. x

Glad they have been able to tell you what the problem is at least - I seem to have the opposite problem at the moment - I can't stop bloomin' eating!
