Thumbs up MW referring me for Physio
saw my MW today and she's referring me for phsyio coz my SPD is bad -yay - BUT aren't waiting lists for things like this huuuuuge? i've only got 12wks of preg left!

I thought that too but was seen within a week of being referred. They sent me to a specialist "gynae" physio who knew her stuff. Take the acupuncture if they offer it it works wonders! I couldn't believe it!

they said it'd be at my docs which is great as only a 5min walk, fingers crossed that i get seen soon then
