As far as organising her clothes is concerned, why don't you put her clothes in her drawers in outfit bundles? Like, roll the socks/tights, trousers,and top all in together, so he can reach in and grab an outfit without much thought needed. I used to do this all the time. I folded the trousers into the top, and sometimes added the cardi to match etc. It meant I could just say, put something warm on her or I'll let you get her ready lol. The only factor to worry about then is him putting summer clothes on when it's snowing...as they do...
