No parma ham for pregnant ladies!
A friend who's pregnant told me this tonight, I had no idea, thought I'd better share it with you all in case I'm not the only one who didn't know!

mmmmm OMG I love parma ham.... when I was pregnant I still ate it but cooked it!
Slit a chick breast and stuff with mozzarella cheese or philly, close the chick breast then wrap a few slices of parma ham around it nice and tight. Wrap up in tin foil, place in an oven proof dish and cook for 40 mins or so, depending on how big your chick breasts are......... yummy yummy in my tummy!
So there you are you pregnant ladies you can still have it!
xxxx

I ate it, whoops. I think if you followed all the advice you wouldn't eat anything, I tend to take it with a pinch of salt now, for every study saying don't do this, there's another saying the opposite

I dont like parma ham or salami, so no problems there. I did find it quite tough staying away from camembert, had the odd bit, naughty naughty lol xxxx
