i am so fed up of feeling very sick and having this horrid metal taste in my mouth....just cant get rid of it whatever i eat or drink..its making me feel really down and ill! Sorry had to have a moan and i know its gonna be worth it but its getting me down just want to feel my usual self! Hope all you other mums to be are taking good care of yourselves! x x x x x x x

I also remember that from my 1st pregnancy, luckily I haven't experienced it this time!
Have you tried sucking on crystalised ginger? It'll take the taste away and also help with the sickness. I'm sure you'll start feeling better soon, sending big hugs in the meantime xxxx |

thanks fro your lovely replies! means so mush to me. i feel so rough.
am at work today and bought some apple juice which kind of helped! am ot really too keen on ginger but mite just have to give it a go! am finding it really hard to eat anything apart from bread with marmite and had to have fries fromk MacDonalds last nite how bad is that! I need fruit and veg! x x x x x |

It does get better though, you just have to get through this time. I loved M&S strawberry milk early on last time & it seemed to settle my stomach & help the metal taste too! Mmmm I could drink some now! Hope you're feeling a bit better for over Christmas! xo
