Default oh good, nausea.

moaned for so long bout having another baby and I feel like crap every day now till about 1pm. Frustratingly I'm never sick just feel it constantly, all the advice I've had so far though is how to stop you actually being sick, no one else I know has had the constant nausea. Any ideas? Thank you

I remember exactly how you feel, you think - now why exactly did I want another baby?! But I found this goes away once the sickness goes! Luckily I didn't have constant nausea so I'm sorry I have no advice apart from what I wrote on the other post about eating all the time! I don't know if this will help constant nausea though. xo

i had constant nausea and was never sick, sorry but nothing really worked for long, just keep eating little and often. I got hooked on maccie d's, salt and vinegar crisps and pepsi as these seemed to stop the nausea for the longest but still didn't work that well! Sorry. Hope it goes soon for you, I know how horrible it is. Not looking forward to that again when we try for the next one!
sorry about this but it lasted for over 3 months for me. Horrible horrible. Might just adopt next time!

have a look at Cole's post, lots of suggestions there,
remember now i used to eat crisps, a few at a time, not a whole bag!
Think the salt is good for nausea!
It's an awful feeling, poor you.
I had m/s awful both times but think it hasn't put me off.
Am thinking of going for no. 3! D

I too have had constant nausea with both pregnancies and I'm sorry to say that nothing worked for me, even though I tried everything imagineable! This time round it didn't stop until I was 18 weeks!

The only advice I can give, which I'm sure you've heard a million times, is to eat little and often and also not let yourself get too tired.

Hope you are feeling better soon, it'll all be worth it in the end (that's what I keep telling myself anyway!!!!)

I'm right with you on this one. Fat coke is the only thing that helps me at the moment. Gonna get some sea bands today hopefully. I find by having some snacks ready made in the fridge - like sandwiches etc that you can grab and eat quickly help when the sickness dyes down a bit xx

I was sick until the day Ella was born! I was even sick that day.

Nothing really helped (sorry!) except I found if I ate ridiculously early- like around 4am, it seemed less in the morning. I kept a small snack next to bed and ate after one of the frequent trip to loo!
