Default anyone got ideas for..

the agony that is heartburn??

i have it all the time, tried eating little and often, milky drinks, every indigestion tablet etc...

OH had me on me knees, forehead to floor, rubbing me back and that just made me sick....

having real bad sleep problems, got about 50 pillows...

any ideas?? PLEASE

The only thing that worked for me was ice cold milk. I could get through 5 or 6 pints a day sometimes!

Me too but it had to be full fat milk.I had terrible heartburn with Alexander,maybe youre having a boy

Yes you have to its the law whilst preg to eat your body weight in choc daily

Gaviscon - it's the only way. Also, try getting him to move a bit outta the way. Cold milk is fab as an immediate relief while you wait for the gaviscon to work xxx You can get it free on prescription too not the milk...

Can you get choc free on prescription?
We get free scripts in Wales & if choc was the NHS would be bankrupt with my choc consumption
