Smile Dirty shopping trolley baby seats.

Hi everyone, hope all your bumps are growing well, mine is due 2nd March and I am huge this time around. I hated putting my lo in the hard, cold and dirty shopping trolley baby seats and so have come up with what I call the 'happy little shopper', my website has just gone live tonight and I would love some feedback from you all.

www.happylittleshopper.com

Love to you all Robbie P

what a fantastic idea, good luck with it .... I would have invested in one of those when I had India as I hated putting her in the trolley, it was usually covered in nasty stuff and sausage roll ?!!! I resorted to online shopping

What a great idea! It looks so cosy too! You should go on the next series of Dragon's Den! Unfortunately I haven't seen a shopping trolley with seats like these where we live in Germany or I'd definitely buy one for the new baby! xo

I think if I went onto Dragons den I would be a quivering wreck I would def be crying with nerves before I got to the top of the stairs, I suppose I could always put it down to being 7 months pregnant as well.

A Big Well Done for making your idea into a real business! It's a great idea and I think i'll do really well! Have you thought of writing to some baby mags/local paper/local mags to get them to publish a little story on you as these are usally free? xxx

I tested a similar product for the Mother & Baby Awards but it was for babies who are sitting up and go in the normal seat thingy on a shopping trolley.

It was called an Inglesina Shop & Play and had toys attached and it's own little harness. I thought it was a great idea but haven't used it since cause it's so bulky to carry round/store. I never put Isabella in the shopping trolley when she was teeny as I used to leave her in the carseat and put that on the special trolleys.

Your idea looks much less bulky than the one I tested and I love that it doubles as a blanket so you could use it all the time. Well done you!
