Default Back and hip pain

I am getting really bad lower back and hip pain already. My right side is mainly affected from my lower back down to my knee is the worst. I cant stand sometimes. I had sciaticia with Theo but no where near as painful. Sometimes in the night I wake up with numb foot or pins and needles.

Seeing consultant tomorrow so ill see what he says but I bet it will be 'theres nothing we can do'

i suffered with hip pain towards the end with fraser, i started to get it this time from about 13 weeks got so bad i had days where i couldn't walk with out holding onto something but then at 17 weeks it just went
midwife think it's because baby moved out of the pelvis but said i am likely to get it back when baby moves back down

Hugs hon, I had bad pains at the start with this one, saw a gp who was going to refer me to a physio if it was still bad in a couple weeks and it just disapeared overnight!
I still get the odd twinge every now and again now but I think it's just when baby shifts to the wrong position etc.

Hope it eases up for you xx

Hi honey. I only had sciatica pains with Tilly during labour, but they kicked in with this pregnancy in my first trimester. Thanks goodness, but it did lift when the baby shifted in my sencond trimester and I have not had it since - though am now getting back pains instead. It should sort itself out in time, but go see your docs if you haven't already to see if they suggest physio or something. Hope it is better soon xxx

Midwife said today to try and see if it goes in next few weeks as baby shifts. If not I can get stronger painkillers from Dr.
