Help!

I have a chest and sinus infection and on antibiotics but Dr couldnt give me anything for clearing my head. I've used steam, kids nose drops, blowing and nothing really works. Anyone have any other pregnancy friendly ways to clear my nose and head??? Thanks xxx

I put vicks menthol in a bowl of water and steamed helped a bit, can understand how your feeling hun had that when pregnant with sophie also olbas oil xxxx
