as for time of day, doesnt matter: cant remember when i took mine. maybe try nite so if u have headache you mite sleep thru most of it rather than have to deal with life and kid with a headache!

Hiann - yes I have PCOS. Metformin was the first effort in helping, plus am losing weight. Thanks for all your help

My ex SIL was on it, she found it fine and actually fell quite quickly. Just made her a bit PMS like, she took it in the evenings. Wishing you lots of luck xxxxx
