Default Hurray! Anaemic!

Blood test done this morning and GP phoned me at 5.30pm to say my haemoglobin was low! So am happy there is a reason that can be treated easily to explain theway I have been recently!

Very breathless (even at times when sitting down: also due to fact that I am carrying baby high) and that I was feeling dizzy on Sunday (as well as low BP 97/64 ), vtired and also I "know" when my pulse is racing without even taking it: I can feel it when it is raised (has been 112)

Looking forward to starting my iron supplement.....!!!!

Its prob lack of red meat that has led me to this point: couldnt handle mince for weeks upon weeks and even now I'm not a big meat eater! I'll maybe get some kiwis in!

Yip....apparently anything under haemaglobin level 10.5 requires iron and mine was 9.1.
