((((Hugs))))). Men! I'd just love for them to try pregnancy themselves - they just don't 'get it' do they!

I had bad nausea when I was pregnant with Isabelle for about the first 4 months. What I found helped with fizzy water and sucking on mints - and don't let yourself get hungry - I found being hungry made mine worse (prob why I put on lots of weight ).

You take it easy, hopefully this will pass, and don't feel bad! Pasta dishes are quick & easy, jacket potato with beans & cheese, or even get a couple of AK ready meals, Isabelle likes the fish pie one.

Keep us posted as to how you get on xxx

I've been feeling not too bad today, nausea all day but not actually sick until about half an hour ago so nothing really improved yet LOL but I think I'd probably worry now if it went away too soon

Pasta for Lara is an eay enough thing to make and she loves it, I'll get a few ready made pasta sauces in, I normally make my own which are soo easy...until now LOL. How did our poor mum's cope before ready meals!

We had lunch out at a carvery which was lovely and that stayed down

Big hugs. I had just nausea with Georgia and sickness with Theo. Not sure anything really helped but I use to have fat coke, mints or pear drops, eat little and often - dont let yourself get to full or to hungry, sleep or rest when tired if possible, sparkling water is good for heartburn and nausea and I wore those sea bands for most of my pregnancy with Theo. xxx

I ended up in hospital with dehydration yesterday!!!! I've got cyclizine tablets to take now to stop the sickness, they work but I'm so nervous about taking tablets while pregnant

I can totally sympathise with you as i'm going through the exact same thing right now and came on here to see what advice people could give. I'm trying the wrist bands.. but they hurt a bit and don't seem to be working. for me so far burgers and chips have seemed to help (was the same with my first). plus salt and vinegar crisps. So sorry you fee bad and i hope it doesn't last too long.
with regards to LO i have brought in a couple of AK's ready meals and some fresh pasta sauces and broccoli in the hope that i can stand the smell. big hugs . Anyway off to pic up DD from nursery and then going to try mac d's! xx
