Why do people think they have the god given right to comment on your size when you are preg? You wouldn't tell someone you thought they were really fat would you...
Now I know my bump is pretty big now but wasn't feeling too bad about myself as haven't put on too much weight elsewhere (and am within guidlines for weight gain) and wouldn't say I am much bigger than a girl who is due within a week of me at work, but literally in the last week everyone (woman on post office counter, girl in another department at work, woman on sandwich counter) keep saying gosh you look like you are ready to have the baby now, when they ask how long I have left and I tell them. Izzy was big (9lb 2oz) so chances are I'm not having a small baby but just wish people would keep their thoughts to themselves!!!!! |

big hugs xx
My friend is 20 weeks pregnant with twins and everyone keeps saying she is small and she is worried that they arent growing properly. People should just learn when to keep quiet. I'm sure you look fab but a picture would be good ![]() ![]() |

I was big with both of mine and got sick to death with 'are you sure it's not twins?' I'm sure you look fab!
I'm also someone that can vouch that second babies aren't always bigger - Isabelle was 9lb 4oz and Oliver was a 'smaller' 8lb 8oz (still not small I know!) and was born at 39 weeks (compared to Isabelle's 37 weeks). Big hugs and try and ignore the comments - you too Mrs H - I promise not to say how small you are on Fri! |
