Crying Pain.......Ouch!

I'm in total flipping agony today.

My hips and pelvis are killing me. I'm in so much pain that when I move too fast or twist or step I have pain so bad I want to be physically sick and feel faint. Sitting down hurts, lying down is horrible and standing is not good either.

Ouuuccchhhh!

Just needed a moan.

have you got a support belt yet? if so I found wearing that and slowly walking around the house (swaying almost) taking very small steps eased it off a bit. hope it eases quickly I know how sore it is!!!

I bought myself one from Mothercare as my midwife just gave me the 'It's normal in pregnancy and we generally don't refer anyone unless we have to' line. Grrrrrr.

huge hugs hun, i remember those feelings, the worst was a few days before imo was born, i hardly slept at all from the pain, then i couldn't even get up off the bed, i sat and cried my heart out, i was so fed up, i had 9 months of that pain (although some periods were worse than others, namely the last few)
Funny enough i was talking to my friend yesterday who is big into acupuncture, she could see i was in pain when i turned quickly (more hip than pelvis but its still a niggling pain there) and she swears by it! she had it for back ache and its gone, also for really sweaty feet, had 4 sessions and no sweat since, 4 years ago!!! if you an afford it its really worth thinking about, which i had!! might look into it next week, in the mean time take things easy, which is difficult cuz i know even lying down and sitting down still hurts

Oh no ((hugs)) Ellie.

Have you seen the GP about it? When Isabella engaged she was sat on my sciatic nerve (think it was that one, defo a nerve) and I couldn't sit or stand, pain was horrific but lying down eased it slightly. The midwife fobbed me off but the GP gave me some super painkillers which made the last couple of weeks bearable.

I was in such pain I couldn't differentiate between the nerve pain and labour, got to hospital and was 6cm dilated. The pain was defo worse than contractions as there was no break in it.

Defo go to the GP and see about some pain relief, hope it eases a little xx
