tons of symapthy with the SPD, i suffered from 5 months with george and from conception with Imo and it was hell you cant sleep as the pain is so bad, walking is agony, sitting down is uncomfortable. All i can offer is that it SHOULD get better after having LO (but 2 years on i still suffer to some extent)
