Hi ladies

I know it is a while until Tilly's birthday, but every year we have a party and I do summery cocktails for the grown ups like Pimms and Lemonade, and bucks fizz!

As I'm going to be 5 months pregnant by the time we get to her party, I thought I would rain on everyone's parade by doing non-alcoholic cocktails this year (hee hee!)

So I'm looking for some tried and tested yummy and summery cocktails.

Anything goes - I don't personally like pineapple or grapefruit juice, but feel free to share your faves anyway!

I like the sound of this Virgin Strawberry Dacquiri:

Ingredients:
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3 ounces frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon sugar
Cracked ice

Preparation:
Fill a blender with cracked ice. Add lime juice, strawberries, and sugar. Blend until smooth, then pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with an extra strawberry (if you have one) or an orange slice.

now your turn - shaken or stirred...?... !

Aw thanks ladies

I think the mojito was my fave too as it helped my morning sickness!

The virgin strawberry daiquiri was yummy - maybe will dilute a bit more next time as went a bit thick!

And I'm also sure both would have been nicer with rum in it too!

Might have to make it over to Maggie's Wine Bar for a virtual real mojito with a few glugs of Havana Club! hee hee xxx Anyone joining me?!
