Default bloody petty neighbour!!!!

i have this man and woman next door to me and seriously they are soooo petty. they dont think anyone should park in frount of their house, they may own the house but most def not the road. anyway whilst he is at work they block of the footpath/side of road with a motorbike, thus 'saving' the parking space. is he even allowed to do this? but even more infuriating is the fact that hes started to move the bike right up the my house, heaven forbid a fraction of my car go over into their 'boundaries' (told you this guy was petty, oh and he bears an uncanny resemabance to sweeny todd!) he also tries to deliberatly block me in by parking his car almost bumper to bumper with my car, i have to walk to take LO to school in mornings if i cant get out!!! somebody please tell me he cant do this and that he must be breking some kinda law.
xoxo

Is there anyway you can beat them in the petty stakes, and have your car warmed and ready to slide into the space when they move their car, before they put the bike in?

If it was me I'd be bumpin their fcukin precious car. Not clear on how one car can block you in though, or how a motobike on the pavement can do it.

Oh, if they are out, and the bike is on the pavement, give it a good effing shove on the way by, knocking it to the ground. It'll cost them a fair penny, and teach them a lesson.

flip do you live in my street! LOL it is like that where we live. The woman across the road is awful, she has to park right outside her house and would block you in or either take up 2 spaces just to be in the exact spot!

Are they parking the bike on the pavement? They are defo not allowed to do this as it is causing an obstruction. i would report it to the police and say you have to go onto the road with your buggy to get past. Also contact the road service agency and see what they say.

Know what its like hun and its really pissy!

Some of my neighbours are like this hon. The ones next door never use their drive (which is at the back) as they don't like anyone else parking in front of their house. All the houses are doublefronted so there is space for two cars in front of each house but they park right up to the boundary with ours and then all their visitors (every bloody day) park in front of ours smack in the middle which means that anyone coming to us parks further down the road where one of the chaps has no drive and he has nowhere to park

I never understand why people are so inconsiderate. I don't care who parks in front of our house but don't understand why people who are visiting next door don't park in front of their house as first choice iyswim.

Last year the couple across the road had their daughter and sil living with them temporily and omg their drive is already full up with motorbikes and then there were four big cars on the street all the time. They left a huge pickup in front of our house for five days blocking both spaces. Was very rude.

If your neighbour is blocking public space/pavement with his bike phone the police and report him. It's illegal.

OMG! My neighbours are exactly the same, they have only one car for which they have a driveway but they park it on road during day in case(heaven forbid!) someone parks in front of their house. when we first moved in they even knocked on our front door and asked if it was our car that had been parked outside their house and when we told them it was mymums they asked her to move it, even though it wasn't blocking them in anyway! and when their friends or family come over and park in front of MY house they never ask them to move it! i can't be bothered in getting involved in parking wars with them (well i could, but OH says i shouldn't) so we just try and let it go over our heads! totally sympathise with you!

Grrrrr! This gets my goat!

Our across the road neighbours had their clapped 2nd out car parked outside our house for 7 months because the battery was dead and they didn't need to use it anymore. We live on a street of terraced houses so there is only room for one car ouside each house and some days we were having to park at the other end of the street. Loads of our neigbours commented on how we must be annoyed and a few even said they were going to report tem once the car tax ran out. Eventually the man 2 doors up got fed up of seeing us struggle and told them to move it, which they did........to outside someone elses house!

The least they could do is park the clapped out car outside their own house and then park at the other end of the street themselves!! Grrrrr!

That is awful Ellie. I must admit I prob would have said something. Or at least smashed the windows, slashed the tires and reported it as being abandoned....

i live at the second to end house on the street, so i come home and park car next to my other neighbours car, petty neighbour then comes home and drives rite up to my bumper blocking me in, he doesnt answer the door to me if i go round and ask him to move it, so u have to ask the other woman to move hers! very annoying and time consuming so most times i end up walking.
thanks for the advice guys, seems as though theres lots of petty neighbours about!!
xoxo

We did ask them once, it was the week before their wedding and they said they were gonna sort it after their honeymoon.

We may have accidentally bumped into it with large bags of shopping a few times. It's still parked across the road.......wonder if they ever taxed it at the end of September.
