I am always so tired I feel like I am barely present in my own life sometimes. My memory is appalling. I have never been able to take Ava to any baby massage classes, rhymetime etc because I am too drained. I am losing friends because unless they come to see me I just haven't the energy to meet them. If they do come to see me and stay more than a couple of hours I get so exhausted it is a struggle not to get crabby with them! I go to bed at around 10pm every night and I make sure the sink is shiny and I shower at night to make mornings easier. I really have to force myself to get things done through the sleepy fog. OH will watch dd sometimes on his days off so I can get extra sleep but that doesn't help. I have always been a sleepy person and would struggle with the afternoon slump at work but it is getting ridiculous. I get about 8 broken hours of sleep a night.
I'd love to hear any thoughts, suggestions, anything? |

I'm like this too hun and I was/am a sleepy person too, as a baby I used to sleep from about 6/7 at night though till 10am, mum used to have to poke me to see I was still breathing
No ideas/suggestions other than blood tests like Susie said, i have just done this myself as the tiredness was really getting to me too. Hope you feel a bit more perky soon ![]() |
