Default Worker's wage

The sad truth about our claims for working benefits is that some employers are not giving those things. The irony of most successful companies is often thick. Some of the largest international corporations often employ some of the lowest-wage workers. Individuals that work in shops like Walmart and McDonald's deliver services to millions, yet they make some of the lowest pay.

Totally disagree with you rhianwen, mcdonalds starts above minimum wage employees get free meals, life insurance, get private healthcare and a chance to be promoted if they work well. Staff trainers get 6.15 an hour these are people who have no training before they start work, no skills and can become a manager and get a level and degree equivalent qualifications so get your facts right before you charp on. Why would they offer sick pay? That just encourages people to take days off. I worked my way up from crew and am now on £32k with bonus and car as a store manager, dont get that at other places. If people are genuinely sick and pay enough national insurance there is ssp.

Sorry arlicara but don't think you will qualify for ssp as you won't pay enough national insurance.
