Was in toys r us last night & had to return a christmas book I bought for Oliver that didn't work when we got it home (was supposed to have lights & music) not only did she take half an hour checking it didn't work and didn't have a battery compartment, she was just soooooo dozy and was doing things in slow motion then I was on the subway home & looked at my receipt & realised she had charged me twice for a transformer that I had bought for my nephew AND she hadn't taken the $10 off for the book I returned!!!! I mean come on isn't this your job?? I haven't got time to go back in to sort it out before we leave for england so I am hoping they will re-credit my card over the phone but think this is unlikely.
On the plus side - I did come home with some yummy Magnolia bakery cupcakes to cheer me up
