Any one have a recipe for a wholemeal/wholewheat pizza base? Would love to make little pizza's with my LOs! D

Thanks for that! Will give it a go! Just had a look at recipes section of this website, few new recipes, paella is one! they look yummy!!!!! D

I dont have a whole wheat recp, but have a normal one if you ever get stuck, its a jamie oliver one and delish.x

I just use a normal bread dough and take out about a third (use the rest to make a loaf but you could just make three bases and freeze.) I roll it really thin but you could just as easily make a deep pan by using more dough.

Here's a link to the Jamie Oliver recipe. We halve the ingredients so it makes 3 bases, then part bake the 2 extra bases and keep them in the fridge (usually keep for a couple of days). 'Twas Abbie who tipped me off about this recipe and it is definitley the best one I've tried.

I guess you could do half white and half wholewheat flour but you probably need extra water to mix with.
