its mainly for children but as there was no salt involved in making it apart from stock i thought id give it a go.. just used a low salt stock, as he's nearly one i didnt think it would hurt to use it. I pureed the meat bit for him as i didnt think he'd be able to manage the lamb mince as its quite chewy/rough texture, but he seemed to like it and opened his mouth which is a godsend as he usually turns his away and squeels to get down from his chair!! ive been giving him mainly jarred food as he's refused everything homemade and i lost heart with it - it felt like a real waste of time everything i made he refused!!!! You can buy the book from amazon its quite cheap there - there are lots of great recipies for the family ive tried 2 on my fussy eating 9 year step son and it gets the thumbs up!! who would have thought he'd eat spinach and chick lasagne???? def not me!!!!
