Mineral Water
Apologies if this question has been asked before - I know it was on old site but can't find it on here. We are off to Tenerife on Friday and I want to know what mineral water I can give Ethan, he is 14 months. I know you have to check for the level of something in the water but I can't remember what it is!!! I remember that Evian is ok for LO's but not sure if I will be able to get that in Tenerife. Anyone know what I need to check for when buying water abroad.

t the sodium content you have to check, alot of them say on them baby friendly... cant help with brands thou when we went on holiday Jessimae just had boiled tap water sorryxxxxx

Hi Hayley, glad to see you posting on here again...we missed you! We've just come back from Menorca and the brand I used was Aquafina as I found the sodium level was very low. The one to avoid is Font Vella which seemed quite high. I know they sell these brands in the Canary Isles too, have a lovely time!! xx
