isnt that aspartame (sp?) harmful to los. I will let my lo have a sip of my tea or coffee but never let him have dilute juicy or fizzy drinks not a sip. I cant believe ppl would do that.

That's crazy. Reminds me of a little boy i had in a class, had an awful toothache, had been to dentist etc, mother arrives in few days later with a bottle of coke for him. I conficated it on grounds it was against our healthy eating policy. Poor boy.
Funny and shameful thing is that i gave it as a prize to an older girl a few days later!!!! Consistent, me, no!

My poor niece's teeth are in an awful state, one has had to have several removed due to my lazy pathetic sister not bothering, they could eat what they wanted and she never brushed their teeth I got so angry i nearly hit her when she said in such an innocent way 'i kinda am partly to blame as i assumed they were brushing their teeth themselves' (one was 5 the other was 2!)

Talking of bad teeth two of my younger cousins the younger two out of 3 sisters have really bad teeth well baby teeth and the older one had to have about 8 or 10 taken out and the younger one will be having some taken out too. This is as their teeth have literally rotted. My auntie is very careful with sweets and things. the older one never drank juice only water or milk so whats the reasoning behind that? The oldest whos teeth are fine always had lots of sweets off her dad (seperated). Crazy
